You need a 16 digits number called an activation pin to be able to unlock all the locked content in the app. To get the activation pin, you'll need to pay an activation fee (Price depends on app). Activation of any app lasts for one academic year which is usually between 7 to 9 months. Within this period, you'll have access to all the features in the app unrestricted

No. One activation pin works only for a single device. If you need to activate multiple devices, you'll need to buy multiple activation pins

No. Scholarly is an offline first app. You however need to be online to signup.

Scholarly decides which app to release based on popular demand. In a case where you want an app to be released by Scholarly, you can simply request it.
